Statement
In my work process, I like to combine a set of drawings into larger unities. In drawing, I work with the sensitivity and rhythm of line, which I often combine with an intensive drawing technique.
Surprise and filling the vacuum are other important starting-points in my drawings. I do not plan my drawings but, instead, they are composed during the course of the drawing process. In this type of work process, the boundary between reality and imagination blends in and creates new shapes that tell me something or just exist as forms. I am particularly interested in social behaviour, escapism, and spirituality.
